Earlier in the day, there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Southard Acres West by builder Billy Southard of Southard Homes LLC.
Southard Acres West will feature a new subdivision of 17 single-family homes off Haythorne Avenue on the north side of Terre Haute.
Each home will range from 1,250 to 1,400 square feet and feature three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.”
